The Centenary Conference of the Malines Conversations

The centenary conference to celebrate the Malines Conversations, held in Mechelen from 18 to 21 September, was an inspiring and joy-filled gathering. Over four days, Catholic and Anglican theologians, bishops, clergy, and friends came together to mark the ground-breaking ecumenical talks between Cardinal Mercier and Viscount Halifax from 1921 to 1926. Both the Interim Principal and the Registrar were able to attend parts of the conference and meet participants and guests.
